Good Morning!
I am hoping to send my sister her package today so I have finished taking pictures of what I made for her.
I would like to share some pictures of my favorite card. It's a glove card. The pattern is from a book called Paper for All Seasons by Sandra Lounsbury Foose. I wish the pictures were a little brighter, but you'll get the idea.
I used a paper crimper to add texture to the bottom of the glove. I added a package of seeds under the thumb.
The cards fit inside a business envelope.
Here's another card I made for her.
I will share more of the cards I made for her another day.
Have a nice day!

Gardening Theme Day Two
Hi Everyone!
It's a dreary gray day here today and that makes it hard for me to get good lighting for my photographs. I took one picture that I hope will show up well enough for you to see.
I saw these words on the Internet, "The garden is my happy place." and decided to use them on a wall hanging for my sister.

I backed the Scrabble tiles I used onto a piece of Graphic 45 patterned paper. If you look closely you will see that I added some vegetable buttons to the paper to add some dimension to it.
The garden is my sister's happy place. The corner of my dining room where I sit and craft is mine. Please leave a comment and tell me what your happy place is.
Have a happy day!

Gardening Theme Day One
Hi Everyone!
One of my sisters loves gardening. This year she is growing lettuce, onions, kale, broccoli, broccoli raab, carrots, potatoes, parsley, snap peas, cucumbers, basil, collards, and cherry tomatoes. Here are some pictures of her gardens from last year.
I have been creating some garden themed cards and crafts for her. I'll share pictures of some of them with you for the next few days.
That's it for today. I'll plan to come back tomorrow to share more pictures with you.
Have a great night!

Spring Bouquet
Hi Everyone!
As many of you know my daughter is engaged and will be getting married this fall. I now spend most of my crafting time working on things for the bridal shower and the wedding. I love everything I have created and will share it with you after the shower and after the wedding.
I took a little break from those things and worked with the Avery Elle Spring Bouquet stamps and dies that Marie gave me for my birthday.
I used a template that I purchased from PaperTrey Ink many years ago to create this Around Town tote.
The double sided tag I used to create the tote is from Lawn Fawn. I backed the spring flower bouquet onto a doily before I adhered it to the tote.
I used foam tape to adhere the flowers to this card to add dimension to it.
I used some stitched dies from Lawn Fawn to cut the papers for this card.
The sun is shining and the weather is warmer today. Maybe Spring is finally here.
Have a wonderful day!
