Last night I created a card that fulfills the requirements for the

I am very pleased with this card and have already thought of variations for it that I will try sometime soon. 

The shimmer background paper is from SEI. It’s called “Forget-me-dots” and is from their "Ally’s Wonderland" collection. I don’t think that my photograph does the beautiful metallic shimmer of the paper justice so you’ll just have to take my word for it when I say it is Bee-U-T-full.

I used my classic and scalloped square and rectangular Nestabilities to help create some of the layers on my card. I paper pierced the white scallops to make them look lacy.

The cupcake was created with a cling stamp from Hero Arts. I used Color Box Frosty White pigment when I stamped the “cupcake wrapper” on a scrap of Memory Box paper and fussy cut it. I colored in the thin stripes on it with a marker and then I ran it through one of my crimpers to give it texture.

I stamped the “frosting” onto white tag, embossed it, colored it with markers, and fussy cut it. The heart buttons are from Favorite Findings. The text is from Lawn Fawn’s “Sophie’s Sentiments” clear stamp set. The adorable cupcakes ribbon is from American Crafts.
